Behind the scenes
I set up practical AI tools for your business and train you and your team to use them well. It suits owners who know AI could save time but don’t know where to start.
Who it’s for
Most business owners know AI could save them time, but not where to start or how to stop it sounding robotic. I set up the right tools for your business, build prompts and templates in your voice, and show you and your team how to use them for emails, captions, admin and planning.
Owners and small teams curious about AI but short on time, businesses whose AI drafts sound generic, and organisations that want clear, sensible ways of using it.

A few useful answers
It can if you use it without direction. With prompts built around your tone of voice, examples of your best writing and a human edit before anything goes out, AI speeds up first drafts without losing what makes you sound like you.
It depends on what you need. A general assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot covers most writing and planning, and many tools you already use, like Canva or Google Workspace, now include AI features. I recommend starting with one or two and using them well.
It depends on the tool and its settings. Many AI tools let you turn off the use of your conversations for training, and business plans often offer stronger protections. Check each tool’s data settings and terms, and avoid entering sensitive customer or financial information unless you’re confident it’s protected. I’ll walk you through the settings as part of the set-up.
