We talk about your business, what you need and where I can help.
For independents, local businesses & start-ups
I help small businesses, organisations, independents and start-ups plan their marketing and then do it for them, so it actually gets done. I run my own small London business, so I know how little time there is. I also offer executive assistant and PA support, so the business side runs smoothly too.
With premises or without: I help shopfronts get more footfall, and businesses without a front door look trustworthy online.
Strategy and delivery
Most small businesses get either a consultant who advises or a freelancer who executes. You get both in one person, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the work.

Both. I create the strategy and I deliver it: writing and scheduling content, building websites, managing ads, sending emails, producing print and running events. You can bring me in for the plan, the delivery, or both.
Yes. Early stage is the best time to get positioning, branding and channel strategy right, and it costs far less than fixing it later.
Yes. You can start with a single channel. I’ll plan, create, schedule and report on your Instagram, and we can add other channels later.
Yes. I design and build mobile-first websites with clear copy, SEO and AI search built in, and I can refresh an existing site too.
Yes. I set up and manage Meta and Google Ads with a clear goal and budget, and report every month on what your spend delivers. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
Yes. I plan and shoot product, premises and team photography in London, and deliver an edited library ready for web, social and print.
Yes. Strategy, branding, websites, SEO, content, email and ads all work remotely, so I support clients across the UK and Ireland. Photography, events and in-person support are in London.
Yes. I manage inboxes and diaries, organise files and systems, coordinate suppliers and clients, plan travel and events, and prepare documents and presentations.
Start where local customers look: a complete, active Google Business Profile, a website that clearly says what you do and where, and steady reviews. Then add the things that build familiarity nearby, such as consistent social posts, local partnerships, events and a good window or shopfront. Doing a few of these consistently beats trying everything at once.
Usually it’s one of a few things: the profile isn’t verified, the categories or address details are wrong or inconsistent, it has few reviews, or it isn’t updated. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, so a complete, accurate and active profile is the first fix.
Ask, at the right moment, and make it easy. Send a direct review link straight after a good experience, by email, text, a QR code at the till or a card in the order. Reply to every review, good or bad. Never buy reviews or offer incentives for them, as it breaks Google’s rules.
The one your customers already use and you can keep up consistently. Instagram suits visual, local and lifestyle businesses; LinkedIn suits professional and B2B services; Facebook still works well for local communities; TikTok rewards regular video. It’s better to do one platform well than three badly.
There’s no single right number. Work back from your goals: what a new customer is worth to you, how many you need, and what it realistically costs to reach them. Separate your time from your spend, start with the lower-cost basics like your Google profile and email list, then put money into what you can measure and grow what works.
Yes. You can bring in a consultant for a single project, one channel each month, or as an ongoing outsourced marketing lead. You get experienced support and the work done, without the cost and commitment of a full-time hire.
We agree KPIs at the start, such as enquiries, website traffic, email sign-ups or Google Business Profile actions, and I report against them every month.
