Marketing and creative project delivery · Forest Hill, London
About Lorna

At home in South East London.
I help small businesses and organisations get discovered. Most have a strong offer that isn’t reaching enough of the right people, and closing that gap with clear positioning, consistent content and smart local visibility is the work I enjoy most.
My background is in senior creative project management, with over 10 years delivering campaigns for brands like Meta, SharkNinja and Just Eat, mostly in-house. I’ve also built two London businesses of my own, Fetch Travels and Supsolo Club, so I’ve applied the same thinking with my own budget and my own time.
Connecting people runs through all of it: a business and its customers, a brand team and its agencies, or a table of strangers at a supper club. I’m based in Forest Hill in South East London.
People tend to bring me in for my eye. I studied visual merchandising and display, started in retail, and have spent years making sure creative work looks right before it goes out. I care about the details: the photo that’s slightly off, the window that could stop people, the caption that doesn’t sound like you.
Where I’m from
I’m from County Kildare in Ireland. I lived in New York for two years before coming to London, where I’ve been for over eleven years now.
What draws me in
I love small independent brands, antiques and interiors. I studied interior architecture and interior design for a time, and have worked in fashion and interiors.
Starting out in retail
I studied for a BA in Visual Merchandising and Display at TU Dublin, which is where my eye for design and display started, and began my career in retail.
Over 10 years of creative project management
Since then I’ve managed creative projects for Meta, SharkNinja, Just Eat, Expedia, OVO Energy, Mews, Charles Tyrwhitt, Moss Bros, Evri, and Royal Canin through Dentsu Creative, mostly in-house.
Why I work with both
Brand teams and small businesses work at very different scales, but the same disciplines apply to both: careful planning, clear briefs and quality control. I like being involved in the work, not just making a plan and leaving it with someone else.
Community and leadership
I was brought onto the board of Women’s Irish Network UK to lead communications and became Chair. I modernised the brand, built a community and following on social media, and worked with speakers including Sinéad Burke, Zoe Desmond and Dr Niamh Shaw on events that brought in a new audience and grew the membership. I also write A Fetching Life on Substack.
Qualifications
I’m a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
